A Youth Adventure Program was organized by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Kohima: Nagaland, from the 3rd – 6th February, 2025 at Dzukou Valley, Kohima. Altogether, 42 students (girls) representing 8 Districts from across Nagaland attended the program. Ms. Supon Lam, B.Com 6th Semester, Ms. Kihitoli A. Kiho, B.A. 6th Semester, Ms. Ngapam Konyak, B.A. 4th Semester and Ms. Sezono Temi, B.A. 2nd Semester from Baptist College, Kohima attended the program and also represented Kohima district. In addition, there was one camp manager, one assistant camp manager and four guides to assist in the program.
The participants stayed at Gwizan Resource Centre (GRC), Khonoma. The Adventure Program included activities like, trekking to Western Dzükou Valley, treasure hunt, campfire, group competitions and sightseeing to Poilwa Sheep Farm and Dzülüke.
