The committee is dedicated to creating a conducive, harmonious, safe and secure workplace for women and removing any disparity in access to education. The committee aims to not only establish equality based on mutual respects, empathy and recognition of the human rights but also an awareness of gender sensitivity. It particularly works to provide knowledge and improve skills of women community by conducting seminars, talks, health campaigns etc. and also organises programme to commemorate International Women’s Day every year. The committee also takes responsibility to assist, support and to voice out against any form of harassment or sexual assaults in the institution.
