Tobacco Free Youth Campaign 3.0 organized by the State Tobacco Control Cell (NTCP)and Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Kohima, Nagaland, in association with the District Tobacco Control Cell, Kohima was launched at Baptist College, Kohima with Shri Anoop Khinchi IAS, Comissioner & Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Health& Family Welfare Department as the special guest.
