To meet the need of the local population at Sechü/Zubza, an extended campus was set up at Sechü in the year 2012 offering Higher Secondary Arts course. However Higher Secondary course was detached in the year 2014 and BA General Degree course was introduced in the same year.
The following under graduate courses were introduced in 2015:

- B.A History Honours
- B.A Political Science Honours
- B.A Sociology Honours
Sechü campus caters to both day scholars and hostellers and the campus comes under Baptist College, Kohima and functions under the management and administration of Kohima campus.
