Practical Class on Public Speaking, 13th August, 2024
A practical class on Public speaking as part of AEC- Eng 1 class was held on August 13th, 2024, in the BA 1st semester (sec A) class by Dr. Sentinaro, aimed to enhance participants’ skills in delivering effective and engaging speeches. Public speaking is a critical skill in both professional and personal contexts, and this class provided hands-on experience in developing and presenting speeches. The students were made to volunteer to read old aloud from the text with emphasise on pronunciation and fluency. The practical class on public speaking was an invaluable experience, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Participants left with a greater understanding of effective speech delivery and the confidence to apply these skills in various contexts.
