Notice for E-Waste Collection Drive, 1st April, 2025

With the rise in digital consumption, e-waste has become a serious environmental threat in Nagaland. Hazardous materials like lead, mercury, and cadmium from discarded electronics can harm human health, pollute the soil, and contribute to climate change.

To tackle this issue, e-CIRCLE (Dimapur), in collaboration with Hulladek Recycling (Kolkata), is working to collect, recycle, and properly manage e-waste.

The Eco Green Club, in partnership with e-CIRCLE, invites students and teachers to participate in an E-Waste Collection Drive on April 3rd & 4th. Drop off your old electronics in the designated e-waste bin or collection box near the college entrance and be a part of the solution.

Your participation is vital in creating a cleaner, greener future. Let’s work together to reduce e-waste pollution and promote sustainable waste management!
