A three-member team from Nagaland University visited Baptist College, Kohima on 14th April, 2026 in connection with renewal of permanent affiliation. The team comprised of Prof. Jano S. Liegise (Department of English), Prof. Parag Kumar Deka (Department of Commerce), and Prof. Tiatoshi Jamir (Department of History & Archaeology).
The interaction was held in the IQAC Room in the presence of the Principal, Dr. Kekuchol Pusa, Dr. Kewepfuzu Lohe (Vice-Principal, Sechü Campus), Dr. Sentinaro (IQAC Coordinator), and Ms. Angel Meru (Librarian).
The purpose of the visit was to assess the institution’s compliance with the academic, administrative, and infrastructural standards required for permanent affiliation. The team made a thorough evaluation of relevant documents, facilities, and institutional practices.
The visit concluded with the team’s suggestion and remark, expressing appreciation for the efforts of the college and conveying optimism regarding its potential for achieving academic excellence.
