The Women Development Committee conducted a meeting and orientation for female CRs on the 8th & 14th of February, 2024 at Kohima and Sechü Campus, respectively. They were oriented on the aims and objectives of the Women Development Committee and the necessity of establishing a safe environment for women to work and study. It was also discussed that women should be encouraged and assisted in speaking out against all forms of harassment and sexual assault at the College. The CRs were informed that if any cases were recorded, it would be their responsibility to notify the committee.
Ms. Veshetsülü Rüho, Convenor, WDC, led the meeting in Kohima Campus and Ms. Süvilü Venuh, Member, WDC, led the meeting in Sechü campus. Altogether, 12 female CRs and 3 teachers attended the orientation program.
