8 students from Baptist College, Kohima, on invitation attended the 4th edition of the Nagaland Literature Festival, held under the theme “Ampliying Our Indigenous Voices” The event which was organised by Writers Collective, Kohima was held on the 13th of November 2024 at Capital Cultural Hall Complex, Kohima.
The one day fest began with an inaugural session graced by special guest Dr. Shurhozelie Liezietsu, former Chief Minister of Nagaland. The events included discussion on ” Story Telling: From Text to Screen” panel discussion on the theme, a short note on ” Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”, Workshop on Book Writing, Story telling and Open Mic.

The one day event which commenced at 10:00 AM concluded with a closing Session at 4:00 PM with Dr. Kevileno Sakhrie, Academic, Educator and former HoD, English Department, Kohima College, Kohima as the special guest.
