A meeting of the Alumni Association was held on 13th October, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Staff Common Room, Baptist College Kohima. The meeting was attended by the newly appointed office bearers of the Alumni Association and the members of the Alumni Committee.
The meeting was convened to welcome the new office bearers for the tenure 2026–2028 and to discuss the proposed activities and programmes for the year 2026.
The meeting commenced with an introductory session. The Convenor of the Alumni Committee, Asst. Prof. L. Thsidelong Sangtam, welcomed and introduced the newly appointed office bearers. He highlighted the roles and responsibilities of the members and emphasised the importance of their active participation in the activities of the Association.
The Convenor also briefed the members on the programmes conducted by the Alumni Association in previous years. He further highlighted the significant contribution of the Association to the college, particularly in relation to the NAAC assessment.

PROPOSED ACTIVITIES FOR 2026
The following activities were proposed for the year 2026:
- Alumni tracking for the year 2026, beginning in November 2026.
- Organisation of a Pre-Christmas-cum-Alumni Meet 2026 on 11th or 12th December, 2026.
- Collection of old books from alumni members for donation to the College Library.
