Aims & Objectives

AIMS/OBJECTIVES

The Staff Grievance and Welfare Cell of Baptist College was formed on the 4th of December 2022 with the following aims and objectives.

1. To work for the welfare of the college staff.
2. To address the problems and difficulties faced by the staff.
3. To be a facilitator between the college authority and the staff.
4. To promote understanding and co-ordination among the staff.
