1. To make the process of communication and accessibility of information easy.

2. To install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, LAN connection, printers, and scanners.

3. To provide technical support and set up accounts for new users and maintenance of the existing accounts (staff/ students).

5. To monitor and maintain the computer system, repair and replace equipments as

necessary.

6. To respond promptly to the issues related to computer servicing.
