Baptist College is dedicated to promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being among students. The institution conducts activities and events aimed at enhancing the physical and mental health of the student body. The Physical Instructor, Mr. Medovizo Belho conducted a training session on 17th May,2024 in the college campus which included warm-up exercises, stretching, cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and cool-down exercises. These sessions are designed to improve general fitness levels and instill the habit of regular exercise among students.
