Liben N. Humtsoe, a student of Baptist College, Kohima, an NSS volunteer, represented Nagaland at the National Youth Festival – Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026, participating in “Track 1: Youth in Democracy and Government for a Viksit Bharat”, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
The Dialogue was held from 9 to 12 January, 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, bringing together 3,000 young leader finalists selected from over 50 lakh youth participants nationwide through a multi-stage selection on the “My Bharat” and “MyGov” platforms. The Nagaland contingent, consisting of 33 participants and 2 nodal officers participated in the event.
