With the effort to keep the students interested and to broaden their knowledge and learning on the different events in history and current affairs, the Department of History organised its 8th Inter- Semester Quiz competition on 17th February, 2024 under the theme “Intellect Quest”. The Quiz master, Mr.Chubutse Naro, Asst.Professor, Department of History moderated the quiz. Nine students from each semester represented the class in the competition. The competition was divided into nine rounds – Ancient India, Medieval India, Ancient World Civilisation, Naga History, Indian Nationalism, Current affairs, Visual round and Rapid fire round.
The quiz competition winners were:
Champion: 6th Semester Students
1st Runner up: 4th Semester Students
2nd Runner up: 2nd Semester Students
Individual Highest score winner: Ms. Thejavino (2nd Semester)
It was an informative and enriching event for both the participants and the audience.
