The committee aims to provide legal literacy to students and faculty to help build a civil society which is just and orderly. It endeavours to achieve its goal by imparting elementary knowledge of law- basic political rights and entitlements- and such other knowledge that can help us seek legal remedies against exploitation and abuse, to help everyone live with honour and dignity. It works to implement mechanism to pursue its aims and objectives by conducting legal aid programmes, workshops, mass awareness programmes etc. to train students to disseminate information to the society.
